Giving users more control over custom post types

  • HI,

    I’m trying to make it easy for my users to do custom post types of their own. Custom Post Type UI helps set up the CPT. Verve Meta Boxes (among others) helps set up the editing interface.

    Plugins like “Simple Custom Post Type Archives” add additional templates to deal with CPT archives.

    However, how can *users* configure the display of custom post types? I’d like them to be able to select custom posts based on some criteria and then display the results.

    I’d appreciate any advice.
