giving people access to my code

hi folks. i’ve just managed to upload WordPress to my host. it’s the first time i’ve done this. I downloaded the Bitnami WordPress stack & that’s how I set WordPress up on my computer. I designed the site in Dreamweaver and that’s the one that’s live on the host. Now I’m redesigning this site in WordPress and want to replace the Dreamweaver one with this eventually. For now I want to be able to give people access to this WordPress folder that is not live. I’m doing this so I can get help learning to design the site in WordPress. Can anybody tell me how I do this?
