Giving badges manually by admin

    Hi,

    Pre installation question.

    Is it possible to give badges manually?

    I am building an online piano school. When students send videos of performance, I want let the teachers grade the students by giving badges.

    Also, I am wondering if badges can be given when more than one users agree to give. This is because I want to create an environment that students encourage and help each other.
