Giving access to other user

    I need to give access to an employee. I am using publish press capabilities and have given the access level of shop manager which gives access to most woocommerce menus. However abandoned carts is not showing in that account. How do I give access to another account which is not an admin?

    Thank for the question!

    CartBounty has two roles that can see and manage abandoned cart data, one is “Administrator” and the other “Shop manager”. Administrator has full access to all settings and features, “Shop manager” mostly has viewing capabilities.

    If you have assigned the “Shop manager” role and you do not see CartBounty available under WooCommerce, please make sure to clear caching plugin data. If that doesn’t help, try temporarily switching off your plugins except CartBounty and WooCommerce to locate which plugin is preventing that.

    It might be that you have some additional access rights or role capabilities plugin setup which is creating this issue.
