    GiveWP is sending two identical emails to both the donors and to us to notify us.
    The donor is sent two identical receipt emails.
    And then we are sent two identical notification emails.
    How can we change this?

    Hi there,

    That’s not typical at all, so most likely it’s something with how your donation form email settings are configured. Can you provide a screenshot of those? Edit your form, then go to the “Email Notifications” tab and show us what that looks like.

    Other than that, we put together this doc to help with email troubleshooting issues. The free Email Log plugin mentioned is your best friend in this case:

    I can’t upload a screenshot here apparently.
    But under Email notifications “Global Options” is selected for Email notifications and also for new donations and donation receipt.
    We’ve looked through the link and everything seems to be set correctly on our end. We have checked email logs on three different plugins and the site is sending emails correctly.
    So no idea why the duplicate emails are being sent.
    It wasn’t doing this before and no settings have been changed.

    @angel718 are the donations being recorded twice by any chance? We have seen this happen when users have duplicate webhooks in Stripe and that can also cause the emails to trigger twice.

    Other than that, this might be a result of a plugin conflict. The next step would be to try our Health Check tutorial.
