GiveWP Form Stopped Loading (Endless Spinning)

    Hi,

    We’ve encountered an issue with our GiveWP form suddenly no longer loading – One of our members noticed that the form was constantly spinning and never loading about 3 days ago.

    Trouble shooting steps taken so far:
    1. Disable plugins
    2. Change permalink structure

    Update:

    The issue seems to be a conflict caused by the Smush plugin, i’ve tried changing a few settings but nothing works.

    I’ve resorted to completely deactivating it and it seems to be running well now

    Hi @jamesamack,

    Glad you were able to figure it out. I believe the issue is that the Smush plugin tries to lazyload the multi-step form template iframe. I’m not too familiar with Smush but I believe you can exclude certain CSS classes or IDs from the lazyload function. The multi-step form iframe uses the ID #iFrameResizer0.
    That can be a workaround if you still want to use Smush on the rest of the site.

    Thanks so much for the response Rick.

    I’ll mark this as resolved for now and play around in Smush settings to see if I can get them to play nicely together.
