  • Hi @lorenacastanym,

Glad you reached out! I have some recommendations to help get you up and running again.

First, do you have a good backup of the site you can restore to? If you do, I would restore that backup. It will be the fastest way to get your site back to work, at which point you can set up a test site to check for issues when you update themes/plugins moving forward. In case you don’t have a backup (or are unfamiliar with backups), we have an excellent tutorial you can check out here: https://givewp.com/backup-for-faster-troubleshooting/

If you don’t have a backup, my next suggestion would be to roll back to the previous version of the theme. Once again this would be a fast way to get your site running again, and then you could set up a test site to explore the issue with the update.

Then, you’ll want to send along your system information and the error code for us to take a look at things.

You can send your system information by navigating to Donations > Tools > System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

For the error code, just give that a copy/paste right here, and it should give me some context to start from.

Let me know if you have questions in the meantime, I’m happy to help.
