Gives error on files which are free to download

    Hi,

    If product is paid, it works fine but when other product are free downloads pdf, i am getting this error, please help

    Hi there dabz,

    Are your free file “products” uploaded via the WooCommerce product file uploader? The parser will not look for files in other domains or subdomains… I just wanted to check that first with you. Let me know when you get a chance.

    I am using this path S3 bucket for free downloads :

    What should i use? wordpress admin upload ?

    Yes, this plugin does not support S3 paths, files must be uploaded using the WooCommerce/WP file uploader to a local path.

    This is free downloadable product , in which file i uploaded from wordpress media

    Hi there @dabz123,

    I am unable to reproduce your problem using the same plugin versions you are using. I am able to see you have some sort of PHP error while trying to download that file.

    Are you certain that the files in question are not already encrypted (ready and able to be watermarked)? Usually if that was the case you’d see a visible error. What are you seeing in your error logs?
