    How can i fix this? please help…

    I am very sorry for the delayed response. Our support volume was quite high since the release of v1.9. Your patience has been greatly appreciated.

    If you are still experiencing this issue, can you please email [email protected] and include your WP admin access. We will be able to escalate your case to a technical specialist so they can take a closer look.
