Giver users from certain locations the option to be redirected

Hi Guys,

I have a local (Australian) version of my site https://australian-sports-betting-guide.com.au/ and a global version https://winning-sports-betting-guide.com/

When an Australian visitor visits the global site I would like her to get the option of being redirected to the local site. How to do?

I searched the plugins but the closeting thing I see will perform the redirection without giving the user the option.

Comments on the effects of any of this on search rankings also appreciated.
