Give plugin won’t activate on my website

    Hi,

    A few days ago the plugin was breaking my site, and I had to enter in recovery mode. I deactivated it and now the plugin won’t activate anymore. Any time I do the page reloads but the plugin is always deactivated.

    I can’t delete it and reinstall because I don’t want to lose all the information on it.

  • We are having this same issue on one of our client’s site. Core is installed but can’t be updated via upload plugin, as the folder already exists. But none of the addons recognize that the core is installed. We had to rename a reoccurring plugin at the database level to bring site back We are backing up the database now. Question is, What is the best route for keeping prior data and updating the core & reactivating all addons?

    Hi there,

    We had a few issues with websites that have other plugins that are also running the Stripe software development kit (SDK). Our most recent release, GiveWP 2.5.4, should resolve that issue. Please update to that and let us know how it goes.
