Give needs to upgrade the database but cannot because AJAX does not appear acces

    I updated Give to 2.0.1 but the problem persists.

    The AJAX request from Give is never sent. Other AJAX requests work okay.

    Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * header is present in HTTP reponses. The only message in browser console is about jQuery Migrate, nothing about blocked requests.
