Give manager role not working

I’ve created a new user and defined its role as GiveWP Manager. Then, I accessed the website using its account to see if I could replicate the issue but it worked properly. Can you give me steps to replicate the issue you are facing?

Something we noticed for the GiveWP Accountant role though is that there is some issue going on, and our team is working to address the issue. Can you confirm that your issue is with the GiveWP Manager role and not the GiveWP Accountant? Also, if you can confirm that, please share some steps to we can replicate the issue.

I created a new account, with Give Manager privileges, and the problem is still there.

Giving the Give Manager role edit_post capabilities using the User Role Editor plugin does the trick.

It worked, but giving these capabilities it also showed custom post types in the backend menu – that I don’t want to be shown to the Give manager user.
I solved this problem installing another plugin, Advanced Access Manager
Possibly in a forthcoming version of the plugin there won’t be the need for this workaround
