I managed to set the page with user author and restrict access so that user only can edit the user page, but then i cant open elementor with that user. the elementor menu apears but elemntor just loads on opening. here is answer from elementor support

    Hi @norskweb

To give users access to edit one specific page, create a new role for that user and grant “Edit Pages”, “Read”, “Publish Pages”, and “Edit Published Pages” capability under Pages section of Edit Role screen. After that create a new page for that user as Administrator and select that user as Author of that new page. If you don’t see new user in the Author dropdown list, edit that user, check Author role in the “User Roles” section at the bottom. Once it’s done you should see that user in the list on Edit Page screen. Remember to uncheck Author role for that user and leave only new role for that user.

After following those steps user should see only the page assigned to him/her.

Please contact Elementor support to see if they require any capability to use Elementor editor.

Regarding publishing new pages, you need to test the “Publish Pages”, and “Edit Published Pages” capabilities.

Thanks a lot for your support.

Is it possible to select multiple authors for a page, ie giving multiple users edit permission to one page only?
