Give Donation Plugin – Personal Info Window Format

    After clicking the Donate Now button I am taken to a window to obtain personal information.

    First Name is in bold but there is no bounding box to indicate that they need to click on it.
    Last Name is not bold but is in bounding box so it is clear that you need to click in that box.
    Email Address is bold but again, there is no bounding box – same as First Name.

    It is the same for all Display Options.
    How do I fix this please.

    Hi there,

    Give support three different Display Modes:

    • Show on Page
    • Reveal on Click
    • Open in Modal Window

    It sounds like you chose “Open in Modal Window”. Try chosing the other two to see how they are different. You can do that by going to “Donations > All Forms” then click the title of your form, then find the “Display Options” section and change the “Payment Fields” option.

    Thank you. I’ve decided not to use this plugin now. I need the recurring donations feature, but at $127 yearly, that’s way over my budget. I just used PayPal to set it up.
