Give Donation Integration

    Hi – I have Give and I integrated it from Give to MC4WP. It shows active on Give’s plugin area. But the MC4WP doesn’t seem to recognize it. It’s shown as inactive.

    Give Subscribes people from your Give donation forms. Inactive

    I am not a coder and I am on my own. I want to make it work. I do not see any signup on my donate form. Please help. Thanks.

    MC4WP Version 4.8.4
    WP Version 5.7.2
    PHP 7.4

    Hey @eac2015,

    Can you please go to the “MC4WP > Integrations” menu in your WordPress admin, click on “Give” and then share a screenshot of that page?

    Back again – I added some new features/updated options from GIVE WP and the MC4WP sign up check box is gone. See the screenshots. Thanks.

    Can you share a direct link to that form or tell me where to click to get there so I can inspect the CSS? I think it has to do with the custom styled checkboxes.

    HI – So I figured out that I am use the GIVE mailchimp integration, which they didn’t use to have but now they do. I still have MC4WP for my contact form. My current issue is that the words from the MC4WP are still showing up on my Give form even though I deactivated it for Give. See screenshot. Thanks.

    Hey @eac2015,

    Please go to the “MC4WP > Integrations” menu in your WordPress admin, then click on the “Give” link in the list of integrations and then select the “No” option for the “Enabled” setting. Once this is done, please click on the “Save Changes” button and test again.

    If you have any caching plugins, you will need to test this from an incognito/private window.
