Give customer discount if he tops up a minimum amount

Is there a way to apply a discount percentage when someone tops up a minimum amount to their wallet? Say, if you top up a minimum of $50 you get a 5% discount during checkout?

I’ve tried to do this using WooCommerce’s pricing rule. For example, I top up $50 dollars to get the discount. During checkout, I do only have to pay the discounted price of $47.50, but the total amount that gets added to my wallet is also only $47.50 instead of $50.

I noticed that Terra Wallet also has a cashback system that can be applied to certain order status and product categories. I’m not sure if it’s because I didn’t set it up correctly, but the cashback rule I’ve set on the Terra Wallet setting doesn’t seem to work.
