I am using CURCY Multi Currency to switch between dollars and a custom currency we have created. Switching is working great, but because it is not a real currency, we would need to issue it as a credit to customers. I am using WooCommerce Credits to give credits to customers, but I don’t have the option to issue credits in this new currency. Any ideas are appreciated.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m sorry I missed your topic.
May I know how did you create a custom currency?

    Best regards.

I followed the method documented in this Cloudways blog post.

After doing that I was able to set it as default and everything worked using a currency switcher. We have since decided it would be better for our needs to base the currency on login, which required some more tweaking. But the code in that post was adequate to get the custom currency added.

I understand, thank you for the details.

I supposed you can give credit to the default currency (USD) but can’t give credit to the custom (non-default) one?
It’s the compatible with the credit plugin and a multi currency plugin. Unfortunately, we don’t have in our Compatible plugins list any credit plugin to recommend.
