Hey @eyzman111 – It sounds like you may need to refresh your permalinks for it to display on your site. Try going to WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks and clicking “Update”. Then, visit your donation form on the website. You should see it showing now.

    Hello
I appreciate reply but when I go into WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks Nothing says update??? only “save changes” choice???

So I deleted plugin and started over/reinstalled and went thru welcome – to add page and filled out all the bla bla bla and saved/previewed (saw screen of Give) and the HIT “Publish”

Nothing is appearing on my site anywhere for someone to DONATE and BTW when I add translate/newsletter etc plugins it is a no brain-er so What the hay is up?

What simple??? step am I Missing

Hey @eyzman111 It sounds like you added a donation form, correct? Under Donations > Add form. I’m curious, what theme are you using?

Also, that’s right, in permalinks you don’t click “Update” just hit “Save” without changing anything. That refreshes all your URLs, including new ones like the Give donation page URLs.

Let us know how that goes.

Hey @eyzman111 – I see this is a one-page theme. You have created a donation form here: https://studentstoexecutives.org/donations/support-kiz-learning-biz-life-skillz/ what you need to do is copy the shortcode [give_form id="1906"] (replace the ID with the ID of your form which you can find under Donations > Forms) into a new “Donate” section within the theme’s settings panel WYSIWYG editor. Then, the donation form will show up on your one-page site like you expect.

    Apologies
I have no idea what you want me to do I AM NOT A CODER

I created a user access for Matt Cromwell with your team maybe he can/will get it done.

But my dumb question is why did this occur when I have had no problems with other plugins???

Glad we got that all worked out. Was good to chat over the Google Hangout. Your theme is definitely a bit more challenging than most, but we made a way anyway!

If you’re enjoying Give and appreciate our support, we’d love a kind review from you here:
