Give a role to new users

Hello,

Is there a way to automatically make a new user a support agent? I’ve made an agent admin user, that can register new accounts and give them to his workers, but in order to let the admin have the ability to assign agents to a ticket, the new accounts need to have a role in SupportCandy’s system. I can currently only set which WordPress role the new account automatically has(native WP roles like Subscriber, Editor, Administrator + new ones, that I’ve made myself). I’d need to set the accounts actual SupportCandy roles manually in the backend.
