Gist Block is showing multiple files on a single file URL

I tested again, it’s happening when there’re multiple gist blocks on the same page from the same gist, even individual gist URL block contains different file from the same gist.

I’m not sure, but just want to put here if you can recreate:
For existing entries with the previous version, even after the update the gist doesn’t fix itself. It only fix when a new Gist block (in the new release) is created with the hashed URL of the gist+file

Happened only once, so can’t confirm
