Giropay and sofort problems

Hello dear Support Team,
we have a problem with giropay and sofort payments through your stripe Plugin. The customers gets redirected to pay on giropay or klarna and gets redirected back to the shop with a success message but then the payment times out and the order gets cancelled in woocommerce, we dont get a payment but hte customer gets an order notification and thinks the order got through.

I got in touch with stripe and the customer service said they don’t see an error on their end. Now i am getting in touch with you in hopes we can sort out this problem.

We use germanized for woocommerce because our shop is located in germany.
