    Sorry you are having issues. It looks like the popups is the problem correct?

    I checked the site and the version of jQuery being loaded is an older version – it needs to be at least 1.6+ for the tooltips to show.

    What I suggest is disabling your other plugins and reverting to a default theme. Then start re-enabling everything one at a time until you can determine which plugin/theme is causing a conflict.

    If that doesn;t work let me know and we will work from there.
