giftcards not redeeming

    All in the plugin works except that, when the gift card recipient enter the gift card code on the coupon field, nothing happens, not even an error message, and the gift value isn’t discounted from the order.
    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks for using our plugin. We have inherited the WooCommerce coupons feature in our plugin. So please run a test by applying WooCommerce default coupons on the cart page. If WooCommerce default coupons work fine, then Gift Card coupons also work fine.
