GiftCards Cashback for Next Order

Hi!
I’m looking for a plugin for woocommerce that enables cashback to users for next purchase.

For example: A user purchases an order of $100 and above, they should receive automatically a gift card that awards them 5% of their money. But the gift card should discount should be plain; for example the discount should show $5 dollars, instead of 5%, so that the Gift card can be shareable.

Is this actually possible?
