Gift Cards – Used as Coupon – Negative Balance

  • Hi, I’m using the Gift Cards plugin.

    A customer used a Gift Card on his first Order and it showed as Gift Card for Payment.

    However, on his second Order it showed as Coupon. The remaining balance was used as a discount instead and now has a negative balance.

    How do I avoid this issue in the future, and mark it as Used?

    We have tried to replicate the problem but without success. Could you tell us the steps to do it? Have you used our field for coupons or WooCommerce field?

    Could you verify if it happens to you leaving only active WooCommerce and our plugin?
