    Can you generate the specific currency type?
    For example, New Taiwan dollars, British pounds and even own point type?

    Hello,

    The gift card amounts will be in the default currency for your store. For example, if you store uses Euro as the default that is what is used for the gift cards.

    Our plugin is compatible with WooCommerce Currency Switcher by realmag777. Customers can purchase a gift card in their own currency and gift it to someone in another currency and the balance will still be kept in your store default.

    Hello,

    Currently the gift card codes cannot be restricted to specific accounts. They work like Amazon eGift cards: as long as you have the code, you can use the card.

    We do allow the card to be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero. It will apply the balance towards the entire purchase including shipping, taxes, and other fees.

    On the “Check Balance” page for the Pro version there is a button to add additional funds to an existing card.

    To add funds or top up, only admin can do the task ?
    Only users with the “Shop Manager” role can access the ‘Adjust Balance’ feature to add/remove funds. Administrators are included in the Shop Manager role so they can access this feature. Customers can purchase additional funds for gift cards but can’t arbitrarily adjust balances.

    Not built into the plugin, however we use the standard WooCommerce email template system so that you can program any features like this into the email.

    Typically, you would pre-purchase plastic gift cards from a vendor and then import the number + balance into the system. That way customers can redeem the physical gift cards that you mail out.

    Now that I purchased the plug in,
    I thought I saw a short code for customers to check the balance and now I could not find it any where.
    Can you help me with that issue?
    More over, how can I print out the physical gift card?
    Hope that I could design the whole card as I wish including the numbers.
    I forgot to uninstall the free plug in and installed and activated the pro plug in.
    Will there be problems?

    another issue is I created for 25 dollar gift card when I used it for once, the values in the gift card changed and became that of other currency set in my woo commerce setting. (say MMK) not USD any more.
    I wonder why this happened?
    If this value change happened with actual customer, it would become a shopping spree. 25 US dollars become 30000 US dollars.
    Please kindly help and reassure.

    Actually, for your information, I solved the currency and value amount inside gift card, by forcibly keeping the check out currency to be the basic default one.

    Thank you for the feedback! We are considering a designer feature to make this easier. We use the built in WooCommerce email template system. You can find out more about customization here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-21

    To override the email you should copy these two files:

    /wp-content/plugins/pw-woocommerce-gift-cards/templates/woocommerce/emails/customer-pw-gift-card.php
    /wp-content/plugins/pw-woocommerce-gift-cards/templates/woocommerce/emails/plain/customer-pw-gift-card.php

    To here:

    /wp-content/themes/<your_theme>/woocommerce/emails/customer-pw-gift-card.php
    /wp-content/themes/<your_theme>/woocommerce/emails/plain/customer-pw-gift-card.php

    Once the files are in your theme folder, open them up in a text editor and make any changes. You can change colors, wording, etc.

    Hello,

    I tried copying the files as per instruction.
    Please kindly provide step by step video tutorial for this if possible.
    After tying this out, what I noticed was, I am not receiving any more e-mails that contain gift card and gift card numbers.
    Please help
