Gift cards: Copy/Edit/Delete buttons not working/disappearing

  • We are having issues with the YITH Gift Cards plugin.

    The options to Copy the card code, Edit, Delete, or access more options disappear as soon as we move our mouse away from the check mark (even if we clicked the check mark). See screenshots below.

    WHEN MOUSE IS OVER THE CHECK MARK, we see the options:

    WHEN MOVE OUR MOUSE AWAY FROM CHECK MARK, edit/delete options disappear and the copy option (to copy the card number) doesn’t work:

    Also, the Screen Options tab doesn’t work.

    Thank you for contacting us!

    Those options only appear when you hover the mouse over the entire row, you do not need to be near the checkmark.

    The checkmark is only used for bulk actions.
    Could you check it?

    The options only appear when I hover the mouse over the checkbox. The options don’t appear when I hover the mouse over the rest of the row. Also, the ‘copy’ option doesn’t work.

    That’s really strange. The hover should ve over the entire row.
    If you check the HTML, does the row take the entire “visual” row? Or maybe there’s any other element in the way?

    The row does take the entire visual. No element in the way.

    I did send print screens of the issue in my first post. Can you refer yourself to them? The print screens show exactly what I see and they should answer your questions and show exactly what the issue is..

    Hi there,

    I understand your point, but I’m checking the images every time before I sent you a reply. In the images I cannot see any HTML structure, that’s why I’m asking you to check it. Trying to find the issue based on the answers you are giving me.

    Does this issue happen if you deactivate any other plugin but WooCommerce? Only having Gift Cards & WooCommerce.
