    Hello,

    Whats is the best way to sell giftcards in dokan? Giftcards can be used for every vendor or also multivendor order. I guess Giftcard is not the same like “Discount”.

    Do vendors get the money if a customer use a gift card?

    Dokan does not have any feature that named as Gift cards. Are you referring to coupons that can be created on WooCommerce > Coupons?

    Maybe this are two topics (Giftcards & Coupons)

    We search a solution to give our customer the ability to buy a giftcard for someone else. This Giftcard code has then a amount on it and the customer can use this for orders.

    Lets yes, Person A will buy a giftcard for Person B. Now Person B can use this giftcard code to order some stuff from our vendors.

    We looking for something like this: https://woocommerce.com/products/gift-cards/
    But we not sure if this is compatible with Dokan.

    Coupons:
    We know that OOTB its not possible to give store wide discount. We know taht we can change the setting via hook. But the question is, when we can to give our customer 20% off everything, this 20% will go on vendors shoulder. Is there a way to split discounts to admin and vendors or 100% to admin?`

    Thanks for explaining the situation.

    I am unable to guarantee as the mentioned WooCommerce extension was not tested with Dokan but I believe it should work as long as the admin is creating the gift cards. Vendors will certainly not have the options for this in their dashboard but other functionalities should work. Please take action carefully as I do not have a test result already.

    About the coupon split, unfortunately, by default there is no way to do that. You have to make several layers of customization to have such functionality.
