    I’ve got flatsome as a theme. I’ve installed the free version of Gift Card Yith Plugin. I’ve added couple prices. But when I go to see my product it doesn’t let me to purchase it

  • Try to check if the pricing option(s) were saved when you added the product. I had the same issue when I first added the gift product – for some reason it reverted to no price options.

    Are you using the latest plugin version as well as WooCommerce?
    Are you sure the prices were saved correctly and you can select a price on the product page?

    I’ve tried using it again now it works. Thanks, I think the issue was, it wasn’t saving it for me for some reason.
