• Dear Support,
    After the update to version 2.2.0 the plug-in no longer sends an email to the recipient for the receipt of the gift card. I have also found that the gift card image in the email that should go to the recipient now looks like the Yith design instead of the product image that is set in the woocommerce set up.

    If you set up the gallery to display it still works – but if one chooses to not have the gallery, the image reverts to the Yith Template and a relevant image can not be set to the product.

    Is there an option to roll-back to a previous version while the bugs are addressed?

    Could you try if the problem persists when you only have activated our plugin, WooCommerce, and a default WordPress theme?

    Thank you so much for the reply ?? I have reverted to using version 2.1.1 and it works well for me. I am using mostly Yith products (Proteo Theme) and Woocommerce.

    If in the future I have a client that needs the gift card functionality, I will test it first with the WordPress Default theme and give you the feedback.

    We were able to replicate the bug with the emails of the recipient

    We have fixed and released a new update in order to solve the problem.

    Please, update to the latest version (2.3.0).

    We are sorry for the problems caused.

    Hope you are well. I am re-opening this bug as it seems that the fix has not been applied. I am using version 2.6.0 and the recipient email is not reaching the intended inbox.

    Please may you look into it for me?
