Gift Card / Store Credit

Currently, our WooCommerce Square plugin does not directly support syncing coupons, store credits, or gift cards between your online store and the point of sale. To maintain consistency, you can manually create the same coupons or gift cards on both platforms.

We understand the convenience that syncing would provide, and we are constantly working to improve our services. Can you take a moment to submit a feature request at https://woocommerce.com/feature-requests/square/#? We will certainly take your feedback into account for future updates.

However, you can receive payments with Square Gift Cards and sell Square Gift Cards by enabling the Gift Cards option in the Square payments settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Square > Gift Card Settings. Oh Square Gift Cards will work perfectly, how can I override the terminology from ‘Do you have a square gift card?’ do you have a filter or hook?

As I can just alter it to ‘Do you have a gift card?’

I doubt there’s a filter for this, Pepe’s solution might be the best available workaround. :?)

Just to confirm, could you please attach a few screenshots of this notice? I can’t see it on my test site.
