    It sounds like the To / From / Message fields are not being added to the cart when the gift card product is added. You should see the To / From / Message data in the cart as well as on the Order itself.

    If you don’t see those fields in the Cart, then most likely you have an “AJAX Add-To-Cart” feature enabled from your theme that is preventing the card data from being added. Disable this option and see if that does the trick.

    Yes I have got the issue regarding theme. But i like to enabled ajax from theme.

    If your theme author cannot update their theme to pull in the form fields like WooCommerce does, then our plugin isn’t compatible with your site unfortunately.

    Some theme authors provide a way to disable the AJAX Add To Cart on specific products rather than fill out the form properly.

    Since this issue is related to your theme, I’m marking the thread as resolved. Hopefully your theme author will be able to fix the bug in the add to cart routine.
