Gift card notification

  • Hi

    I had an issue with notification.
    They are sent mutiple times to the receipient (78 times…).
    What could be the issue?
    Some are sent by sendinblue other by my hosting, but multiple times each. That’s wired.

    Could you help with that big bug?
    My client is very annoyed, thanks

    Seem that the issue is related to your email server or maybe to the sendinblue service, so unfortunately, from our side we can’t add any change to solve the issue. We suggest you contact your hosting provider and tell them to check the issue, maybe they have a solution for it.
