gift card not previewing in chrome

HI,
I have a client using your plugin (which is working well (mostly!!))
the issue we have is that the preview function does not work in chrome.
we have tested in firefox and edge and safari and the preview renders.
in chrome we get an error stating

This site can’t be reachedThe web page at https://karinagodwin.com/?pwgc=1638239429&pwgc_number=1234-WXYZ-5678-ABCD&design_id=0&recipient_name&from=ian&message=hfdhfa&pdf=1&other_amount=10&amount=10&expiration_date might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR
