Gift Card Not Generate

Hi, how are you? I created a gift card and went test… After many times, I did not received the email with the gift card code. The order is marked as completed and the gift card does not appear in the order. Do you think Is it some configuration that I’m doing wrong in the product? I don’t have the pro version, but I don’t think that’s what keeps me away from making the gift card work … I tried a few times. At first I thought it was the email, but I noticed that it is not generating the code in the order. So I think is something at configuration…
I don’t know, help me please!
