GIft Card doesn’t appear on the front end

  • Hi,

    I’ve suddenly noticed that the giftcard isn’t shown on the front page at all.
    I can see it when I’m connected in the backend as admin on the product page.
    However the product page is empty for visitors.
    I’m using Flatsome theme.
    Can you please advise?

    we hope you’re doing well!

    We have reviewed what you mention with Flatsome active, and we cannot reproduce the error. Although it is likely that you have some configuration in the images of your products that differs from the default behavior of WooCommerce.

    Could you try switching to a default WordPress theme like 2022 to see if the problem really comes from Flatsome?

    Sorry for the late reply.
    I’ve tried switching the theme, but problem remains.
    I can only see the giftcard product page on the backend and it is missing on the front end.

    Hello Raphael,

    We therefore recommend that you try to leave only WooCommerce and our plugin active, and if the problem disappears, activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that generates the error.
