Gift Card Amount not applying to Total

    The gift card amount shows in the checkout as -125 (example), but does not take it off the total purchase.

    It sounds like there is a conflict coming from another plugin. Can you make sure you have the latest version of PW Gift Cards and if the problem persists, start to individually deactivate other plugins until the problem resolves. Start with any plugins that might manipulate the totals (coupon plugins, tax plugins, etc).

    Once you find the culprit we can dig in further.
