Gift Aid

I’m setting up this plugin for a large local charity in the UK and need to add two things so that the charity can claim extra money from the UK government for donors who qualify.

For this, I need to add an input field so the donor can add their Address, and an ‘opt in’ check box which can be ticked.

Does this plugin have any way of s=doing this?
