gifs uploaded a while ago work but new gif's don't work why?

I uploaded some gif’s a while ago and they all have always worked find anywhere I have tried to put them.

Now I have uploaded a new gif and it seems to not be working like the past.

here is an example

the gifs are on the slider below the product image
the last gif was uploaded a long time ago
the second to last one was upload just now.
they are the same gif but one is working and one is not

Anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?
