GIFs not loading

    Hi there,

    I am using gifs for the first time and noticed that none of them have published in my web stories. Could you please advise on if there’s something I need to do on my end?

    Hi there,

    There was an issue with GIFs in a previous version of the editor. Please update the plugin to the latest version (1.10.0 as of today) and try re-saving your story. Then the GIFs should appear as expected.

    I recommend enabling automatic updates for your plugins going forward to ensure you’re always on the latest and greatest version.
