Gif animated doesn′t work in header

    Hello friends,

    I’m using a Gif animated in header but this is static.
    However, I added it in web body and it works.

    What is the problem?

  • Hi @jlrodriguez2020

    For the GIF header to work, when you upload the gif as the header image make sure that you skip cropping i.e use the full image. So once you upload the header, click next and then proceed to click on skip cropping and it should work.
