    Hi,

    I have 28 Soft 404 in Google Search Console BETA which has ?gid= in their all URLs. Those are all images and one of them is the following,

    /wp-content/uploads/2017/11/city_development.jpg?gid=2

    I’ve been trying to figure out what is causing but no success yet. Do you guys have any idea? Does gid mean gallery ID?

    It should be gallery ID. Can you specify, what is wrong with this “?gid=”?
    Do you have some issues with Photo Gallery plugin usage?

    I don’t know what’s wrong with “?gid=” but currently have 28 Soft 404 URLs which has all “?gid=” in their URLs. I just want to get rid of them from the Google Search Console error list and am hoping you guys have any clue. Photo Gallery plugin is totally fine.

    BTW, I had NextGen Gallery plugin before. I suspect that might have something to do with them. What do you think about it?
