Gibberish description on Facebook

Hi,
When I share a post on Facebook – the description shows gibberish. But not all the posts. For example, this one is fine:

This one is in Gibberish:
https://mmogamer.co.il/review/company-of-heroes-%D7%A1%D7%99%D7%A7%D7%95%D7%A8/

What is the problem? And how can I fix this?
