GIANT Gap in Bkgrd in EXPLORER

I know this probably isn’t my only page like this, but it’s the only one I tested so far….. my post with the white bkgrd starts in the correct x position but the y position falls past where the my sidebar ends. Can’t figure out why, it looks as though all margins and paddings are correct.
