Ghost customers? Nothing in db but showing as customers in WC

    This is really odd.
    I’ve been trying to move all WC data from one site to a new website build.
    I have a lot of spam customers I’m trying to delete in the process.
    I’m at the stage (after uploading and deleting multiple times) of having 8 ghost customers with zero orders, no name, no email address no nothing.

    I’ve done an SQL query on the DB and find nothing about them.
    I’ve downloaded the csv file and the only info is what you see in the image.

    Can someone tell me where this is coming from?

    I did some digging and found this was reported previously here. Can you please try the workaround shared in this comment?

    But before you start, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.
