GFTrackEvent not triggered on forms with Simply Schedule Appointments

    I tried it with your original code and it still doesn’t trigger. I have no idea why…

    Without knowing more, it could be that Ajax-only isn’t enabled for the form or there’s possibly a JS error preventing the JS from executing.

    Also, please check Tag Assistant to verify Tag Manager is loading correctly.

    AJAX is loading and there are no JavaScript errors. Is there an email address or other means of contacting you so I can send you the debug session of Google Tag Manager so you can see?
