GForm doesnt refresh on submit

    I have a pop up with a gravity form,enabled via a button in Divi. After submitting the form once, the confirmation text appears fine. When I go to add another record using the same form/button, the confirmation from the previous entry displays again, and doesn’t display a refreshed form.

    I have automatically refresh form set for 5 seconds, also Close Popup ticked with a delay of 5 seconds in the GF settings.

    How can I clear the confirmation text and load a new form on every click of the button?

    @celebrantplanner – How are you “automatically refreshing” the form? Is that another addon for Gravity Forms? In general GForms are not resettable because the confirmation text replaces the form.

    I think there are plugins that offer that though possibly. But if your already using one, you may need to check with them why it’s not working as expected.
