    Hi,

The names of custom details that you set in SALESmanago plugin settings must be the same as Admin Field Label field set in settings of a form in Gravity Forms.
We’ve prepared a screenshot for where you set those Admin Field Labels:

We are updating all support articles regarding WordPress integration, the improved version of Gravity Forms article should be available soon.

If you have any trouble with setting custom fields, feel free to contact our Customer Support.

    Hi Sergiusz,
    thanks for your reply.
I was able to successfully pass custom fields to SalesManago.
We are encountering for a problem on two standard fields that are not passed.
They are firstname and lastname (we have set the labels (sm-firstname and sm-lastname) in Advanced as indicated in the guide on this page:
    https://support.salesmanago.com/integration-with-gravity-forms/

But these two fields are not sent to SalesManago

The other fields instead are passed correctly, can you help me?

    Email address → sm-email
    Company → sm-company
    Telephone number → sm-phone
    Street name → sm-address1
    Post code → sm-postcode
    City → sm-city
    Country → sm-country

    Thanks
    Beppe

    Hi Beppe,

We have tested our latest plugin version with Gravity Forms 2.4.10 and firstname and lastname fields are transferred to SALESmanago. Could you specify the version of Gravity Forms plugin and SALESmanago plugin so that we can test the compatibilty?

Could you also please take a screenshot of your settings for firstname input? You can share a screenshot using for example https://imgbb.com/.

    Best Regards,
    Sergiusz Olszewski
