gf-directories 3.4.4 bug report

Hi Zack,

Thanks for the plugin. I think there are a few bugs in the latest release.

When looking at the entries dashboard, the approved/disapproved icons are missing, the bottom bar of the table (just above lower bulk actions menu) is displaying some text and the bottom edit link is off to the side.

I believe a php or html tag must be missing somewhere in your latest release.
